About me
12 years corporate experience till 1991, last as HR Director, thereafter 33 years consulting experience in organisation design & development, strategy formulation and implementation, business effectiveness analysis, leadership and managerial development, with an emphasis on leveraging engagement, interpersonal skills and human energy mobilisation in purposeful and developmental ways.Coaching of +-10 Executives at any given time, with an emphasis on real character and attitude based empowerment, resulting in leadership resulting in willing and committed followership!I have been able to integrate an academic background in Psychology, Human Resources Management and Business Administration, enabling a holistic approach to business management.
